I am Tressa Rau,

Mother of a feisty one, Dirt Bike Lover,

Animal Lover, Brain Health & Fitness Nut!"

 

My Story:

I have been on a life journey the last 7 years... I was forced to quit racing motocross professionally, something I loved more than anything from multiple head injuries & I also became a mom...

Life did a 180 for me, but I believe it all happened so I could help others reach their goals in  Moto & help those that are going through mental /physical challenges & anxieties from the stresses of life's everyday mysteries!

I now am back racing with my boys at a smaller level & just happy to be back on the bike! I contribute it to everything I have learned & the physical & mental strengths that I found!

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I have a Health Coaching Certification from HCI (Health Coach Institute), I have a VEGAN HEALTH COACH certification, a Brain Health Certification from Dr. Amen's AMEN University, an Online Trainer Certification from OTA (Online Training Academy) & an Essentials of Sport & Exercise Nutrition from PN (Precision Nutrition)!...

I'm addicted to learning about health & longevity & helping others achieve their goals...

I started these certifications for my own health, life's anxieties & PCS/TBI issues from my multiple concussions, in hopes of getting back to the OLD me... I came to realize how debilitating it was to do all of this on my own... Nobody to talk to who understands what the hell you are going through... It is ALL impossible to explain until you are going through it! I know now, I won't ever get back to the OLD me, I have to learn to be the NEW...“Rebel Me”!!!

 

We were all “Rebels” at one point in our lives... most of us as toddlers (I know this because I have one)... a time we were invincible & on top of the world! We can all get back to this point, some of us just need a little inspiration, a push or a bit of knowledge to get back to where we were or the “Rebel” we are to become again... I am not your average coach or trainer, I am not all flowery & frilly, I am VERY honest, I truly believe I can help others & I am a great listener.

I am here to Listen to YOU & to inspire you to be your "REBEL YOU"!!!

TRAINING PROGRAM

I raced motocross professionally, dabbled in arena cross & did a lot of off-roading... so I learned there is so much benefit to strength training, mobility training along with cardio/hiit sessions.

I am also a 46 year old mom that needs to be at her best to keep up with her

active family!

So... Using functional & progressional movements, each exercise working many muscle groups at the same time to make the body work as one. Each movement will improve your riding, get you stronger, but also correlates to your daily life.

Training to enhance the coordination of the nervous & muscular systems together.

I have put together this 6 WEEK PROGRAM with time-conscious workouts that will fit right in to your schedules.

The program is run through an app called TrueCoach, I have all the workouts, instructions & videos laid out for you. With easy messaging & tracking!

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINER/CLIENT AGREEMENT

In consideration of my being able to participate in the a Personal Training Program, I understand that I agree to where I assume the risks for participation, waive of liability, and personal training policies and procedures. I understand that while my Trainer will review any disclosed medical limitations, my Trainer is not a physician and cannot replace the advice and expertise of a physician. I understand that I have the complete right to stop or decrease exercise at any time during a session, and that it is my obligation to notify my physician or seek medical attention immediately if I develop any symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.

I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge to REBEL YOU FITNESS from any and all responsibilities or liability for any present and future injuries or damages resulting or arising from my participation in online programs.

I declare that I have read, understand and agree to the contents of this Personal Training Agreement in its entirety (Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Personal Training Policies & procedures
